Now... to forestall the inevitable... Yes there is MOAR coming! Episode 4.5 will have a part 2 and possibly part 3 (Episode 4.82?) and then finally we'll release the long awaited Episode 5 later this year.

Well it's only been like 6 months since our last video so we decided to release two on the same day! BAM! How's that feel? Probably something like Chip feels after taking a little constructive criticism from Nancy in our new video: Sales Demolition! The latest installment of The Website is Down finds Chip Morehead having a bit of an issue with... everything. Those of you working in call centers in Mumbai should find some tips on how to communicate with your far off (and pissed off) end users. Just talk slowly and clearly and tell them nicely where to put it. Everyone else, try to peel back the facepalm far enough to see the action.
