I remember the first time I came across this website and viewed your first video: thewebsiteisdown.com. I was working for IBM Level II tech support and it was a really slow day. When one of my friends told me to check this out, I thought I would die! IT was the funniest thing (and still is) that I have EVER seen related to Tech Support. That was funny and all, but why would you reboot the server if you know its working? its so common for people that mess with computing to act dumb and say "oh ok why not just reboot it I don't see any harm in that" and then blame other people for telling you how to do your job... take some responsiblity, or at the very least don't claim THEY'RE stupid.

I need a larger version of this where I can see the commands typed. It's a classic where I work.

I think you are all missing the fundamental message of the video, every time the Sales guy calls the Web Guy he always fucks something up. It's not the Sales guy's job to be a computer whiz, he's busy MAKING MONEY FOR THE COMPANY!!! Something Web Dude will never fucking do because he is too busy basking in his own geek glory. Hey I know, label the fucking computer systems at the datacenter so you don't have to reboot two of them to find the right one! Maybe if he wasn't busy torquing his Johnson instead of working then he would know that the website is not down and that the caller just needs some brief and easy assistance...just kidding, I'm in IT and this video fucking ROCKS!!!!

Can someone let me know what program "web dude" is using to move between program? I noticed none of his applications show up in his start bar, and his method of moving between applications looks pretty slick (looks different from a regular Win XP alt + tab) so I'm guessing he's got some sort of gui sitting on top. I'm dying to know what it is!
