Having lived through the late 80's - 200x's IT hell, this hits so close to home on so many levels. I cried I was laughing so hard. Man, I think you guys captured something near and dear to every taken for granted IT worker out there. Like Dilbert, you guys capture corporate culture at its best. Nice work.
